The Baltic Apartments ? Experience the luxury and peace and quiet of the surrounding seaside forest. A luxurious, sunny, two-room apartment (41 sq meters) is situated in the west part of the health resort of Swinoujscie, on Baltycka Street. The apartment was built in 2009.

This is an ideal spot for your summer holidays, a weekend getaway or a health trip. Situated only 250m from the Baltic beach, the apartment can host 4 people. It has a modern interior design and is surrounded by a large balcony (17 sq m) with a panoramic view of the nearby forest. The apartment is on the third floor (top floor) and is very sunny due to fully glassed exterior walls.

Available to guests are: a home cinema with 42 inch plasma screen TV, satellite and terrestrial channels, internet access, radio with CD, air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, coffee-maker, toaster and washing machine. The building is situated in a closed area and upon request we can provide garage space in the underground parking lot.

The advantages of the Baltic Apartments are: high living standard, an exceptional and very quiet location and the possibility of booking additional services (for example: ready-made meals, a beauty treatment package, renting bicycles, transport to and from the airport). For a larger group of people (more than 4) we can offer an extra apartment in the same building.
